Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) from our facility in Louisiana. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $150.
• Orders ship via UPS or USPS. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days depending on your location.
• We currently ship to the United States only (including PO boxes via USPS where available).

Fleet & Bulk Orders

Multi-unit and pallet-quantity orders may ship freight or in multiple cartons, and lead times can vary with quantity. We confirm shipping method and timing with you directly when we quote the order. Start at Fleet & Bulk Orders.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or the tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, email info@forkskins.com within 7 days with your order number (and photos, for damage). We will file the carrier claim and make it right — replacement or refund.
