These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.forkskins.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Forkskins LLC (“ForkSkins,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products & Fitment

ForkSkins seat covers are aftermarket protective covers. The Pro-Fit Seat Cover Set is designed to fit most Hyster and Yale forklift seats with a separate backrest and bottom cushion. It is your responsibility to verify fitment against our Fitment Guide before ordering. Hyster® and Yale® are registered trademarks of their respective owners; ForkSkins is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either company.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error — in which case you will receive a full refund. Applicable sales tax is collected where required by law.

Shipping

Shipping terms, handling times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Proper Use

ForkSkins covers are cosmetic and protective accessories. They are not safety devices, do not repair structural seat damage, and do not replace a damaged seat assembly, seat belt, or any operator restraint system. Always follow the forklift manufacturer’s operating and maintenance requirements. Installation must not interfere with the seat belt, operator presence system, or any control.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, images, video, logos, and design — is the property of Forkskins LLC and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in our Return Policy, products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forkskins LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including downtime, lost profits, or equipment damage.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
